- At the PIA Awards held on May 2nd, our client Precision Services Group was awarded the prestigious "Best of Category", thanks to the innovative design and graphic finishes of the invitations made for Bowers Museum, in which we partnered with them on. This award is given to the most outstanding piece in each category, and to win Best of Category, the entry must be impeccable, which is why it is one of the most prominent in the industry, awarded to products and brands that demonstrate excellence in design, functionality and sustainability.
- Our team partnered closely with the client leveraging each of our strengths, printing and print finishing respectively, resulting in the pristine piece.
- The award-winning invitation stands out for the incorporation of several graphic finishes that elevate the product experience.
- • Hot foil stamping: The use of metalized foil material, applied to the printed sheets by pulling the foil material from rolls and pressing it against the sheets using heat and pressure, provides a touch of luxury and sophistication. This shiny, reflective finish captures attention and highlights key design elements.
- • Die cutting: This allowed unique cuts and shapes to be incorporated into the product, adding an element of surprise and sophistication. This finish not only improves aesthetics, but also facilitates more ergonomic and functional opening and closing.
