Hot Foil Stamping
Hot foil stamping transfers a metallic or pigment layer to the sheet with heat and pressure. It produces a bright, opaque finish that ink cannot reproduce, on coated and uncoated stocks, board and dark sheets.

Embossing & Debossing
Embossing raises an image above the surface of the sheet; debossing presses it below. Blind work relies on light and shadow alone. Registered work aligns the relief to print or foil.

UV & Specialty UV Coating
UV coating cures instantly under ultraviolet light, adding protection, contrast and texture. Spot UV places gloss exactly where the design calls for it. Specialty UV adds dimension, sparkle or a tactile surface.

Folding & Gluing
Folding and gluing turns die-cut blanks into finished cartons, trays and folders ready to pack. C&H runs multiple automatic folder-gluers, including a BOBST Domino 90 and a flute-capable DGM, plus hand-fed gluing for capacity folders.

Window Patching
Window patching glues a clear film behind a die-cut opening so the product shows while the carton stays closed. C&H runs two Gladiator Model 40 window patchers.

Automatic Two-Sided Tape Application
Automatic tape application puts two-sided tape exactly where it is needed, at production speed, before the piece ships. C&H runs a Lamina 1400 with five high-speed tape heads.
