Die Cutting, Kiss Cutting, Scoring & Perforating
Die cutting is where a printed sheet becomes a structure. C&H runs automatic BOBST die cutters for production volume and hand-fed clamshells for heavy board, short runs and oversize images, so the job goes on the platform that suits the stock and the quantity.
Cartons, folders, displays, inserts and custom shapes are cut and creased in a single pass. Kiss cutting releases labels and adhesive components without cutting through the liner, and perforating adds tear-offs and controlled folds.
Clean cuts and consistent creases depend on make-ready, counter preparation and matching the rule to the caliper. Our operators set jobs up for the stock you are actually running, not a generic default.
